1. Returns Eligibility

As our products are perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, returns or replacements may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product upon delivery
  • Defective product
  • Expired product delivered

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

This helps us review your request quickly and provide an appropriate resolution.

3. Refund / Replacement Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the product (preferred option)
  • Refund to the original payment method

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank processing timelines.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be applicable in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Product opened, consumed, or used after delivery
  • Failure to report the issue within 48 hours

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched, cancellations will no longer be possible.
